What senior designers should challenge before they open Figma

A note on why seniority in design should show up in questions, not just in polished files.

Before opening Figma, a senior designer should usually be asking what the product is trying to do, what users are struggling with, and whether the current framing of the problem is even right.

That is often where the most useful design work happens. The interface still matters, but it should be responding to clearer thinking, not compensating for the lack of it.
